"INSULIN" BOOTS
REDUCTION IN PRICE
Owing to the fact that Boots have applied to large scale production the valuable method devised by research workers in the Bio-Chemical Laboratories of the Bland-Sutton Institute of Pathology of the Middlesex Hospital a considerable reduction in price has been made possible.
ON AND AFTER MAY 12th, 1924, "INSULIN" BOOTS WILL BE SOLD AT THE FOLLOWING PRICES:
PHIALS:
- 5 cc. (100 Units or 10 doses) 5/- each.
- 10 cc. (200 Units or 20 doses) 10/- each.
Ample supplies of Boots own manufacture are available. Every batch is tested and standardised in their own Pharmacological and Bacteriological Laboratories, and before issue is passed by the Medical Research Council for potency and sterility.
Research work on Insulin is still in progress, and as further improvements in method are discovered, the benefit will at once be passed on to the public.
